At TrueGuardInvest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your ring for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Custom or engraved rings are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the ring is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your ring for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
